Smoked Salmon Pasta
Salmon works great with pasta, and this time we are going to use Smoked Salmon, which is both powerful and delicious.
Ingredients
500 gr pasta of choice (tagliatelle or penne, etc)
500 gr smoked salmon
1 cup thick cream
3 eggs
1 cup Romano cheese, grated
Finely chopped dill
Black pepper
Instructions
Cook pasta Al Dente.
Blend cream, eggs, cream and the grated cheese in a bowl.
Add a bit of salt and ground black pepper.
When the pasta is ready, drain and put back in pan.
Add the cream sauce mixture.
Divide the smoked salmon into smaller pieces, and add the chopped dill. Heat for a minute, just to make sure the dish is thoroughly warm, but don’t cook it.
Dish up and serve right away.
Serves 5-6 people.
