Chicken Bacon Pasta
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast cut into strips
- 1 pound bacon cubed
- 1 small red onion chopped
- 1 pound farfalle pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Romano cheese
Directions

Fry the bacon on low/medium heat in a frying pan until until it is crispy -
remove and drain bacon on paper towels. - Leave a small amount of bacon grease in the pan, and sautee the onions in this for a couple of minutes. Remove onions.
- Add the chicken and cook 7-8 minutes, stirring every minute.
- Cook the pasta according to its directions while the chicken is cooking.
- Drain the pasta when it is cooked, and add it to the frying pan.
- Mix pasta, chicken and the onions.
- Now, slowly stir in the cheese and the cream.
- Keep the pan on low heat until everything is heated through.
- Lastly, add the drained bacon, add a bit of freshly ground black pepper and serve.
